About Therapy.
My sessions are a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly
without the fear of being judged, with compassionate support
to help you process difficult emotions and feel understood.
Integrative Therapy means I can provide strategies from different models of therapy to help you manage challenges and create the
changes you want.
Integrative counselling employs different
counselling modalities, such as
person-centred talking therapy,
psychodynamic principles,
or cognitive-behavioural
strategies to help you explore
your thoughts and feelings
from multiple angles.
I offer a warm and non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself freely and explore difficult topics at your own pace, allowing for personal growth and self-discovery, helping you navigate life’s challenges and develop healthier coping strategies.
Therapy can be delivered online or in person.
I currently have face-to-face appointments available at The Surbiton Natural Health Centre, 14 Claremont Road, Surbiton, KT6.
Free parking is available at the Waitrose opposite.
Please contact me for online availability.
