About Therapy.
I provide a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly
without the fear of being judged, with compassionate support
to help you process difficult emotions and feel understood.
My integrative training means I can provide strategies to help you manage challenges and create the changes you want.

 Integrative counselling employs different
counselling modalities, such as
person-centred talking therapy,
psychodynamic principles,
or cognitive-behavioural
strategies to help you explore
your thoughts and feelings
from multiple angles.
I strive to create a warm and non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself freely, and explore difficult topics at your own pace, allowing for personal growth and self-discovery, helping you navigate life’s challenges and develop healthier coping strategies.

Therapy can be delivered online, in-person, or 'walk & talk'.
I currently have face to face appointments available on Thursdays at The Surbiton Natural Health Clinic, 14 Claremont Road, Surbiton, KT6.
Free parking is available at the Waitrose opposite.
Please contact me for online availability.
